The workshop uses creative activities, such as pin-making and linocut printing, to explore the themes of inclusion and neurodiversity through a playful and engaging process that encourages direct participation and interaction among participants.
Coaching Programs for HR
The program is structured into a series of practical modules designed to help managers and HR teams better understand and support the employee experience. Through journey mapping, operational worksheets, and simulations of daily activities, participants explore the employee journey within the workplace, translating their observations into strategies and design guidelines for more inclusive, accessible, and functional environments.
